Unauthorized Items
In order to maintain a clean and tidy community, and for the safety of all residents of The Meadows, the HOA prohibits the following items from being kept outside:
This list is not comprehensive; therefore, if you are unsure about whether an item is okay to keep outside or not, you are responsible for asking the HOA's managing agent, Jake Blaylock, about the item in question.
- Automotive products (oil, oil pans, gas cans, tires, etc.)
- Cinder blocks
- Construction materials of any kind
- Containers (barrels, diaper pails, garbage cans, etc.)
- Coolers
- Furniture (bed frames, hammocks, couches, racks, etc.)
- Garbage of any kind (diapers, bagged garbage, etc.)
- Playsets
- Sandbags
- Tools, parts, equipment, etc.
- Window screens
- Woodpiles
