Clubhouse Reservations

YOU CAN NOW RESERVE THE THEATER ROOM! Any resident with a valid clubhouse key card may reserve the clubhouse ($30) or just the theater ($10) for their own private use. Other residents are not allowed to use the reserved area (entire clubhouse or just theater) during a reservation. If there is no scheduled reservation, any resident may use the facility on a first-come, first-served basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Groups of 15+ persons or hosted events that promote exclusive use must have a reservation.  No income generating use of the clubhouse. Patrons found using the clubhouse and/or theater in this manner without a reservation will be charged the applicable reservation fee, plus a $75.00 research fee to determine the cardholder's identity. Reservation guidelines:

• Only 2 weekday (Mon-Thu) reservations per owner per week
• Weekday reservations may not be back-to-back (i.e. 6 hours)
• Only 1 weekend (Fri-Sun) reservation per owner per weekend
• Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance
• Reservations may not be made more than 3 months in advance
• Only two reservations can be on the calendar for any one unit
• Reservations may be made for a maximum of 3 hours

To reserve the clubhouse or theater:

Online...

1. Fill out the appropriate Reservation Request form below
2. Wait to be contacted by the local manager for further details
3. Pay the applicable fee

In Person...

1. Go to Axiom's Rexburg Office to request a date and time
2.  Pay the applicable fee
