HOURS OF OPERATION
The clubhouse is open from 6:00 a.m - 1:00 a.m. A warning signal will sound at 12:59 a.m., notifying patrons that they have one minute to exit the building before the system arms. If you fail to exit the building before 1:00 a.m., the alarm will be triggered and the police will be dispatched. Tripping the alarm in this way will result in your clubhouse key card being deactivated and a $75 fine being issued to the unit whose key card was used to gain entry to the building. The card may be reactivated after the owner has spoken with a member of the board and paid the $150 false-alarm fine. |
RESPONSIBLE USE
The clubhouse is under 24-hour surveillance and footage is reviewed on a regular basis. Inappropriate or illegal behavior is not tolerated and will be pursued by all available means. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, NO ILLICIT DRUGS |
